Shipping policy

Shipping time

All products are packaged and shipped by hand from Norway and will be dispatched within 5 days.

Some products are printed on demand and will take a little longer to be shipped since the production time will sometimes wary.

You will receive a confirmation email when the order has been sent.

• Nordic countries 4 - 10 working days
• Europe 10 - 15 working days

Note that international shipping can sometimes be longer than stated above. International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. 

 

Changes to the order

If you need to cancel or change the address of your order, please email me with the new info as soon as possible, as I can only make changes before the order has been shipped.

 

Shipping outside the EU

Kellky Shop currently not shipping to the US, Canada or Australia at the moment. I'm currently working on getting this sorted soon. Sorry about that.
